Apply a protective film of SPECIAL MATERIALS (Material No. 05-027) on all components which you touched or moved during the replacement procedure.
(3)
Make sure that the Bulk door is correctly closed and locked (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-011).
(4)
Install the insulation packs around the forward and aft hinge frames.
(5)
Install the door net into the Bulk door opening.
(6)
Install the divider net between the Bulk/AFT cargo compartment at FR59.
(7)
Close the AFT cargo-compartment door (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(8)
Remove the access platform(s).

A. Get Access
(1)
Open the AFT cargo-compartment door (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001) to get access to the inner side of the closed Bulk cargo door.
(2)
Put the access platform in position at the AFT cargo-compartment door.
(3)
Remove the divider net at FR59 to get access to the bulk cargo compartment.
(4)
Remove the door net from the opening of the closed Bulk cargo door to get access to the linings.

A. Removal of the Linings and the Insulation Panels
(Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 52-33-13-991-001)
(1)
Remove the nut (10), the washer (9), the bolt (7) and disconnect the internal door handle (8) from the lever assembly (11).
(2)
Carefully disengage the VELCRO tapes (4) and remove the linings (1),(2),(3) from the inner skin of the Bulk cargo door.
(3)
Remove and discard the thick self-adhesive insulation panels (5) from the interspaces of the door structure.
(4)
Remove and discard the thin self-adhesive insulation panels (6) from the interspaces of the door structure.

Carefully disengage the VELCRO tapes (4) and remove the linings (1),(2),(3) from the inner skin of the Bulk cargo door.
(2)
Remove and discard the thick self-adhesive insulation panels (5) from the interspaces of the door structure.
