A. Close Access
(1)
Close the Bulk door correctly (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-008).
(2)
Remove the adjustment gage from the stop fitting (53).
(3)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(4)
Install the insulation packs in the work area and the protection lining on the Bulk door (Ref. TASK 52-33-13-400-001).
(5)
Install the door net into the opening of the Bulk door.
(6)
Install the divider net between the Bulk/AFT cargo compartment at FR59.
(7)
Close the AFT cargo-compartment door (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(8)
Remove the access platform(s).

(1)
Examine the liquid drain device on the lower beam to make sure that it is not blocked.
(2)
Examine all rivets of the hatch structure.

If you find an empty rivet hole, install a new rivet with the correct sealant.
