Put the new back-up ring (5) in position on the side of the bobbin (4) without the identification grooves (equipment side).
(d)
Put the new square-section seal (6) in position on the side of the bobbins (4) without the identification grooves (equipment side).
(e)
Put the new back-up ring (3) in position on the side of the bobbins (4) with the identification grooves (panel side).
(f)
Put the new O-ring (2) in position on the side of the bobbins (4) with the identification grooves (panel side).
(4)
Prepare the bobbin (15) as follows:
(a)
Lubricate the new O-ring (13), the new back-up ring (14), the new back-up ring (16) and the new square-section seal (17) with HYDRAULIC FLUIDS (Material No. 02-003).
(b)
Put the new back-up ring (16) in position on the side of the bobbin (15) without the identification grooves (equipment side).
(c)
Put the new square-section seal (17) in position on the side of the bobbin (15) without the identification grooves (equipment side).

(d)
Put the new back-up ring (14) in position on the side of the bobbin (15) with the identification grooves (panel side).
(e)
Put the new O-ring (13) in position on the side of the bobbin
(15) with the identification grooves (panel side).
(5) Remove the blanking plugs from the valve panel (1) and install the bobbins (4) and (15) with the identification grooves in the valve panel ports (Ref. TASK 20-23-21-911-001).

Put the new O-ring (12) in position on the electrical connector (11). Subtask 52-36-12-420-050
B. Installation of the Electro-Manual Selector Valve
(1)
Remove the blanking plugs from the ports of the selector valve (4).
(2)
Put the selector valve (7) on the valve panel (1) so that the bobbins
(4) and (15) engages correctly.
(3)
Install two bolts (9) with the washers (8) on the selector valve (7) and tighten them with your hand.
(4)
Put the bonding strap (10) in position to the selector valve (7) and attach it with the bolt (9) and the washer (8) (Ref. TASK 20-28-00-912-002).
(5)
Tighten the bolts (9) (Ref. TASK 20-21-11-911-001). Subtask 52-36-12-865-052
C. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1MJ, 3801GX, 3802GX, 3803GX.

D. Preparation for the Test
(1)
Remove the warning notices from the ground service panel and the overhead panel of the cockpit.
(2)
Pressurize the reservoir of the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).
(3)
Pressurize the Yellow hydraulic system (Ref. TASK 29-24-00-863-001).

(4) Connect the PTU isolation coupling (Ref. TASK 29-23-00-860-002). Subtask 52-36-12-710-050
E. Operational Test
(1)
Open the cargo door with the hand pump to make sure that the selector valve (7) operates correctly. (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-004).
(2)
Close the cargo door with the Yellow electric pump to make sure that the selector valve (7) operates correctly. (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(3)
Examine the selector valve connections and make sure that there are no leaks.
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the Yellow hydraulic system is depressurizied (Ref. TASK 29-10-00-864-002).
(2)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(3)
Remove the container.
(4)
Close the access door 198CB of the Yellow ground service panel.
(5)
Remove the access platform(s).
