A. Preparation for Installation
(1)
Make sure that there is no corrosion in the retaining profile (2) (Ref. TASK 52-33-11-200-001).
(2)
Make sure that the seal contact area in the retaining profile (2) is clean and in the correct condition.

4. Procedure

A. Installation of the Door Seal
(1)
Install the door seal in the retaining profile (2).
(2)
Make sure that the lip of the door seal (1) is put into the retaining profile (2) correctly.
Subtask 52-33-18-210-051
B. Visual Inspection
(1)
Close the Bulk cargo door from the inner side to examine the door seal (1) (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-008).
(2)
Make sure that the door seal is compressed around its length.
(3)
Open the Bulk cargo door again (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-006).
(4)
Protect the door seal with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-004).
