A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that the AFT cargo-compartment door is opened (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-001).
(2)
Make sure that the access platform 2.10 m (6.88 ft.) is in position below the AFT cargo-compartment door.
(3)
Make sure that the access platform 2.30 m (7.54 ft.) is in position below the Bulk door.

Make sure that the divider net between the AFT/Bulk cargo compartment at FR59 is removed.
(5)
Make sure that the door net from the opening of the Bulk cargo compartment is removed.
(6)
Make sure that the insulation packs from the fuselage around the forward and aft hinge frames is removed.
4. Procedure

A. Preparation for Installation
(1)
Make sure that the bushes (4) are in the correct condition.
(2)
Make sure that the forward and aft hinge frames are clean and in the correct condition.
(3)
Make sure that the sleeve (17) and the bush (16) are in the correct condition.
(4)
Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-011) to the contact surfaces of the bushes (4),(16) and the sleeve (17).
(5)
Apply COMMON GREASE (Material No. 04-011) to the bolts (5), the single shims of the shim set (12) and the spacers (11),(14).
