A. Installation of the Compartment Cooling Duct (8054KM)
(1)
Clean the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(2)
Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(3)
Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area.
(4)
Remove the blanking cap and attach the compartment cooling duct (8054KM) (3) to the cooling fan outlet-duct (4).
NOTE : Make sure that the compartment cooling duct is installed in
____ the correct position. The airflow outlets must point up.
(5)
Install the washers (2) and the screws (1).
(6)
Tighten the screws (1).

Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Close the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-001).

Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1KD, 2KD.

(1)
De-energize the ground service network

(2)
Pressurize the reservoirs of the hydraulic systems. (Ref. TASK 29-14-00-614-002).

Energize the aircraft electrical circuits

(2)
On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch is off.
(3)
Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4)
Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).
