 A. Operational Test of the Emergency Shutdown System

1. In the INT LT section of the  In the cockpit:
 overhead panel 25VU:  - all annunciator lights come on fully
 - put the ANN LT switch in the  bright.
 TEST position.
 2. In the INT LT section of the  In the cockpit:
 overhead panel 25VU:  - the applicable annunciator lights go
 - put the ANN LT switch in the  off.
 BRT position.
 3. On the overhead panel 25VU:  On the overhead panel 25VU:
 - push the pushbutton APU MASTER  - the ON legend in the pushbutton APU
 SW to the ON position.  MASTER SW comes on.
 On the FUEL page of the ECAM lower
 display unit:
 - the APU LP fuel-valve symbol is shown
 in the open position.

4. On the external power control panel 108VU:
-push and hold the APU SHUT OFF pushbutton switch (guarded red).
5. On the overhead panel 25VU:
-release the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch.
6. On the external power control panel 108VU:
 -release the APU SHUT OFF pushbutton switch and close guard.
 7. On the ECAM control panel:
-push the FUEL pushbutton
switch.

8. On the glareshield panel 130VU or 131VU:
-push the MASTER CAUT pushbutton switch.
 9. On the ECAM control panel:
-push the CLR pushbutton switch.
On the ECAM upper display unit:
-
the warning,APU EMER SHUT DOWNMASTER SW .... OFFcomes on.

 On the glareshield panels 130VU and 131VU:

 -
the MASTER CAUT lights come on,

 -a single chime is heard.
 On the overhead panel 25VU:
 -
the FAULT legend in the pushbutton APU MASTER SW comes on.

On the overhead panel 25VU:

-
the FAULT legend in the APU MASTER SWpushbutton switch goes off,

 -
the ON legend in the APU MASTER SW pushbutton switch goes off.

 On the ECAM upper display unit:

 -
the warning, MASTER SW .... OFF goes off.

On the FUEL page of the ECAM lowerdisplay unit:
-
the APU LP fuel-valve symbol is shown in the closed position.

On the glareshield panels 130VU and131VU:

-
the MASTER CAUT lights go off.

On the ECAM upper display unit:

-
the warning,
