A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Energize the ground service network
(Ref. TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(2)
On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.
(3)
Make sure that there is a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4)
Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

B. Make sure that this(these) circuit breaker(s) is(are) open, safetied and tagged

C. Get Access
(1)
Put the access platform in position below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.
(2)
Open the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(3)
Make sure that the light SW 11LJ is set to the ON position.
4. Procedure

A. Installation of the Inlet Pressure Sensor.
(1)
Remove the blank plugs from the sensor (2).
(2)
Install the pressure sensor (2) to the APU with the bolts (4) and the washers (5).
(3)
Remove the blanking plug from the disconnected line (3).
(4)
Install the pressure line (3) to the pressure sensor (2).
(5)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors.
(6)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(7)
Connect the electrical connector (1) to the pressure sensor (2). Subtask 49-51-18-865-052

Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1KD, 2KD.

C. Test
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Start and operate the APU (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-860-003).
(3)
Examine the sensor and tube for leaks. No leaks are permitted.
(4)
Stop the APU (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-860-004).
5. Close-up

A. Close Access
(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Set the LIGHT control SW 11LJ to the OFF position.
(3)
Close the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-001).
(4)
Remove the access platform(s). Subtask 49-51-18-865-053
B.
Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1KD, 2KD
