A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that the warning notice is in position on panel 25VU to tell persons not to start the APU.
(2)
Energize the ground service network
(Ref. TASK 24-42-00-861-001).
(3)
On the panel 25VU, make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.
(4)
Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

C. Get Access
(1)
Make sure that the access platform is in position below the APU compartment.
(2)
Make sure that the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR are open (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(3)
Make sure that the light SW 11LJ is set to the ON position.
4. Procedure

A. Installation of the Pneumatic Sensor Assy (14)
(1)
Install the pneumatic sensor assy (14) on the bleed duct.
(a)
Install the bracket assy (9) with the bolt (10).
(b)
Install a new gasket (16) between the bleed duct and pneumatic sensor assy (14).
(c)
Install the pneumatic sensor assy (14) with the bolts (6). NOTE : Make sure the gasket (16) between the bleed duct and
____ pneumatic sensor assy (14) stays in the correct position.
(d)
Torque the bolts (6) to to 0.6 m.daN (53.09 lbf.in).
(e)
Install the bolt (4).
(2)
Connect the tube (13) to the static sensor assy (11).
(a)
Remove the blanking plugs from the hose end.
(b)
Install a new o-ring (12) to the hose (13).
(c)
Install the tube (13) to the static sensor assy (11) with the retainer (1), the washer (2) and the bolt (3).
(d)
Safety the bolt (3) with corrosion-resistant steel lockwire 0.8 mm (0.32 in) dia..
(3)
Connect the electrical connectors (15) and (17).
(a)
Remove the blanking caps from the electrical connectors (15) and (17).
(b)
Connect the electrical connectors (15) and (17) to the total pressure transducer and to the differential pressure transducer.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1KD, 2KD.

(1)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

Start and Operate the APU (Ref. TASK 49-00-00-710-004)

(1)
Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
(2)
Set the LIGHT control SW 11LJ to the OFF position.
(3)
Close the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-410-001) .
