A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(2)
In the cockpit, on the APU panel 25VU, make sure that the FAULT and ON legends in p/bsw MASTER SW are off.
(3)
Put a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4)
Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

C. Get Access
(1)
Put the access platform in position below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.
(2)
Open the APU access doors 315AL, 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(3)
Set the LIGHT control switch 11LJ to the on position.

A. Removal of the BLCV (8050KM)
(1)
Disconnect the electrical connection (1) and the electrical connection (2).
(2)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(3)
Disconnect the V-clamp (4) from the valve (8050KM) (6).
(4)
Remove and discard the lockwire from the air pipe (3) connection.
(5)
Disconnect the air pipe (3) from the APU bleed load valve (8050KM) (6).
(6)
Hold the valve (8050KM) (6) and disconnect the V-clamp (5).
(7)
Remove the valve (8050KM) (6).
(8)
Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.
