Remove the speed sensor (8060KM1 or 80160KM2) (2).

Remove and discard the O-ring (5) from the speed sensor (8060KM1 or 80160KM2) (2).
(6)
Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.

Energize the ground service network

On the panel 25VU make sure that the APU MASTER SW p/bsw is OFF.
(3)
Make sure that there is a warning notice in the cockpit to tell persons not to start the APU.
(4)
Make sure that hydraulic systems are depressurized
(Ref. TASK 29-00-00-864-001).

Put the access platform in position below the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR.
(2)
Open the APU access doors 315AL and 316AR (Ref. TASK 52-41-00-010-001).
(3)
Make sure that the light SW 11LJ is set to the ON position.
4. Procedure

A. Installation of the Speed Sensor (8060KM1) or (8060KM2)
(1)
Install the new O-ring (5) on the speed sensor (8060KM1) or (8060KM2) (2).
(2)
Remove the blanking plug from the APU.
(3)
Install the speed sensor (8060KM1) or (8060KM2) (2) to the APU.
(4)
Install the bolt (3) and the washer (4).
(5)
TORQUE the bolt (3) to 0.45 m.daN (39.82 lbf.in).
(6)
Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connector (1).
(7)
Connect the electrical connector (1) to the speed sensor (8060KM1) or (8060KM2) (2).
(8)
Safety the electrical connector (1) with lockwire-corrosion resistant steel 0.6 mm (0.0236 in) dia.

B. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 1KD, 2KD.
