A. Installation of the ECB
(1) Remove the blanking cap from the electrical connection (4).
(2) Do an inspection of the component interface and/or the adjacent area. CAUTION: THE WEIGHT OF THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL BOX (ECB) IS 5.7KG (12.5LBS).
(3)
Put the ECB (3) in position on the tray (1).
(4)
Carefully push the ECB (3) to engage the electrical connection (4).
(5)
Make sure that the ECB (3) and the electrical connection (4) are fully engaged.
(6)
Move the fluted knobs (2) upwards to engage the feet (5) on the front face of the ECB (3).
(7)
Turn the fluted knobs (2) clockwise to tighten the ECB (3) in position on the rack (1). When the fluted knobs (2) are correctly tightened, the red marks on the threads are no longer seen.
