 (2)  Remove the pressure from the pneumatic crossover duct (AMM 36-00-00/201).

 CAUTION:_______WEAR EAR PROTECTION IN THE CARGO COMPARTMENT. THE HIGH NOISE LEVEL OF THE EJECTOR CAN CAUSE EAR DAMAGE.
 (3)  
Remove the floor panel in the aft end of the lower cargo compartment at the center of the airplane.

Disconnect the electrical connector of the ejector being removed, (DS2276 (fwd)/DS2277 (aft)) located on the pressure switch.

Disconnect the pressure supply line.

Disconnect the rubber tube connection to the main vacuum supply line.

 (7)  
Remove four ejector mounting screws.

Remove the ejector from the mounting brackets.

 S 424-012 CAUTION: YOU MUST WEAR EAR PROTECTION IN THE CARGO COMPARTMENT BECAUSE
_______ OF THE HIGH NOISE LEVEL OF THE EJECTOR.
 (1)  
Install ejector S2276 (fwd ejector) or S2277 (aft ejector) on mounting brackets and install the four ejector mounting screws.

Connect the air supply line from the pneumatic crossover duct.

 (3)  
Connect the rubber tube from the main vacuum supply line and clamp it to the ejector.

Install the vacuum sense line on the ejector mounting base.

Attach the electrical connector DS2276 (fwd ejector) or DS2277 (aft ejector) to the S2276 (for fwd ejector) or S2277 (for aft ejector) pressure switch.

Close these circuit breakers, and remove DO-NOT-CLOSE identifier:

 (a)  P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
 1) 7H16 CARGO SMOKE - MAIN DECK ZN 1-8 A
 2) 7H17 CARGO SMOKE - MAIN DECK ZN 1-8 B
 3) 7H17 CARGO SMOKE DETECT MAIN DECK ZN 1 B

 or
 CARGO SMOKE - MAIN DECK ZN 1-8 B 4) 7H18 CARGO SMOKE DETECT MAIN DECK ZN 2&3 A 5) 7H18 CARGO SMOKE - MAIN DECK ZN 9-16 A
