(b) Do these steps for an optional method to put the pressure on the injector inlets: 1) Disconnect the hose at approximately STA 971, WL 96, RBL 5
for the S2276 ejector in the fwd lower cargo comapratment and STA 1530, WL 104, BL 0.0 for the S2277 ejector in the aft lower cargo compartment.
2) Use the correct connector to put the dry, regulated air in the bleed air inlets of the two ejectors.
NOTE: Use a maximum air pressure of 50 psig and a
____ minimum air pressure 20 psig.
(c) Make sure that the pressure is a minimum of twenty inches of water at the manometer.

Make sure that the needle valve between the ejector body and the pressure switch is closed.

Make sure that the "CGO DET AIR MD1" (STATUS) and "CARGO DET AIR" (ADVISORY) EICAS messages show and the "CGO DET AIR MD2", "CGO DET AIR LL1" and CGO DET LL2" do not show on the EICAS lower display.
NOTE: The messages will show after one minute.
