I. Engine Detector Element Resistance Test

(1)
Disconnect electrical connectors D4200P, D4230P, D4154P, and D4228P on the raceway panel which is installed on the top part of the engine.

(2)
Connect the multimeter between pin 2 of D4200P and pin 15 of D4230P.
NOTE: This step measures the resistance in fire loop A.

Make sure the resistance is not more than 32 ohms.

(4)
Connect the multimeter between pin 2 of D4154P and pin 2 of D4228P.
NOTE: This step measures the resistance in fire loop B.

Make sure the resistance is not more than 32 ohms.
S 765-021
(6)
Connect the multimeter between pin 1 of D4200P and pin 14 of D4230P.
NOTE: This measures the resistance in overheat loop A.

Connect the multimeter between pin 1 of D4154P and pin 1 of D4228P.
