 (1)  Open these circuit breakers on the overhead circuit breaker panel, P7, and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
 (a)  
7H14, CARGO SMOKE DETECT LWR A

 (b)  
7H15, CARGO SMOKE DETECT LWR B

 S 014-003
 (2)  
Get access to the applicable smoke detector (1) in the lower cargo compartment.

 (3)  
Remove the insulation around the smoke detectors where applicable.

 (8)  S 034-007Remove the four screws (9) and washers (8) that hold the detector.
 (9)  S 024-020Remove the detector (1).
