A. Preparation of the Bolts for Installation
(1) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(2) Apply a bead of SEALANTS (Material No. 09-005) around the screws (1) and the nuts (2).

R (1) Install the FWD lavatories (Ref. TASK 25-41-41-400-001), if removed.
R R R (2) Install the FWD galleys (Ref. TASK 25-31-41-400-001), (Ref. TASK 25-31-41-400-002), (Ref. TASK 25-31-41-400-008), (Ref. TASK 25-31-41-400-013), if removed.
R R (3) Install the threaded pins (HI-LITE) (1) and the nuts (2). Refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 514211, P.BLOCK-001). (Ref. Fig. 625/TASK 53-11-00-991-043)
R (4) Install the insulation blankets at FR16 (Ref. TASK 25-80-00-400-001).

C. Close Access
R R (1) Install the lining panels at FR16: - For the left side: 221AW, 221BW, 221CW, 221EW, 221FW, 221GW (Ref. TASK 25-23-45-400-006). - For the right side: 222AW, 222BW, 222CW, 222DW, 222EW, 222FW, 222GW (Ref. TASK 25-23-45-400-007).
(2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
R (3) Close the forward passenger/crew door 831 (841) (Ref. TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
