B. Cleaning of the Structure

(1) Clean the inspection area with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004) and a lint-free cotton cloth MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), if necessary.

A. Inspection
(Ref. Fig. 615/TASK 53-21-00-991-025)
(1)
Do a detailed inspection of the fuselage skin at FR35 and 100 mm (3.9370 in.) forward, at the level of STGR30. This task is applicable to the internal side, left and right sides.
(2)
Make sure that there is no:
(a)
Corrosion damage:
-If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200 P.Block 001) for types of corrosion, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
(b)
Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks, dents, bumps,...):
-If you find other damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100 P.Block 001) for damage classification and corrective action.

Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
(2)
Install the insulation blankets (Ref. TASK 25-80-00-400-001).
(3)
Install the lining panels 131PW, 132PW (Ref. TASK 25-54-12-400-001).
(4)
Close the forward cargo-compartment door 825 (Ref. TASK 52-30-00-860-002).
(5)
Remove the access platform(s).
