(1) Clean the inspection area with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004) and a lint-free cotton cloth MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), if necessary.

Do a detailed inspection of the structure of the lap joint from FR9 to FR20, L and R sides.
(2)
Make sure that there is no:
(a)
corrosion damage:
-If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200 P.Block 001) for types, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
(b)
other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks, dents, bumps,...):

-If you find other damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100 P.Block 001) for damage classification and corrective action.
