Do a special detailed inspection of the internal side of the lower attachment of the windshield side post. This inspection is applicable at FR4, left and right sides. Refer to the Non-destructive Testing Manual (Ref. NTM 531133,P.Block-601).
(2)
Make a report of the damage after the NDT inspection:
(a)
Corrosion damage:
-If you find damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200,P.Block 001) for types, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
(b)
Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks, dents, bumps...):
-If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100,P.Block 001) or damage classification and corrective action.
