DO NOT GET THEM IN YOUR MOUTH. DO NOT SMOKE. DO NOT BREATHE THE GAS. THESE MATERIALS ARE POISONOUS, FLAMMABLE AND SKIN IRRITANT. GET MEDICAL HELP IF YOUR SKIN OR EYES BECOME IRRITATED.
WARNING : OBEY THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU USE THIS/THESE_______ MATERIAL/S. USE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING, RUBBER GLOVES, GOGGLES AND A MASK.
R R R (1) Clean the inspection area with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004) and a lint-free cotton cloth MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), if necessary.
(2) Make sure that the surface of the inspection area is clean and smooth.
R R (3) Do a visual check of the inspection area for damage or discontinuities.
(4) Make sure that there is no:
R R (a) Corrosion damage: - If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200,P.Block 001) for types, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
R R R (b) Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks, dents, bumps...): - If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100,P.Block 001) for damage classification and corrective action.

R R R R (1) Do a special detailed inspection of the internal side of the upper attachment (3 positions) of the windshield side post at FR4 (left and right sides). (Ref. NTM 531135,P.Block-601).
R (2) Make a report of the damage after the NDT inspection:
R R R R (a) Corrosion damage: - If you find damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200,P.Block 001) for types, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
R R R R (b) Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks, dents, bumps...): - If you find this type of damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100,P.Block 001) for damage classification and corrective action.

(1) Make sure that the parts retained from the removed component are clean and in the correct condition.
(2) Apply a bead of SEALANTS (Material No. 09-005) around the bolts (1) and the nuts (2).

(1) Install the lining panels 211BC, 211KC, 211LC (212BC, 212KC, 212LC).
R (2) Install the lining panels 211NW (212NW).
R (3) Close the sliding window (Ref. TASK 56-12-11-410-001).
(4) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
R (5) Close the forward passenger/crew door 831 (841) (Ref. TASK 52-10-00-410-001).
(6) Remove the access platform.
