Remove the nuts (6), the washers (5), the bolts (3), and disconnect the bonding strips (4) and (19).

Remove the nuts (17) and the bolts (16).

Remove the nuts (10) and the bolts (9).
(5)
Loosen the nuts (13) (Ref. Detail C).
(6)
Remove the nuts (30), the bonding lug (31) and the drive assembly (32).
(7)
Remove the screws (2).
(8)
Engage the line (14) into the line (15) and the line (11) into the line (7).
(9)
Remove the valve (20). Remove and discard the O-ring (21) and the O-rings (12).
(10) Put blanking plugs on the disconnected line ends.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
Make sure that the center tank is defueled (Ref. TASK 28-25-00-650-001).
(2)
On the refuel/defuel control panel 800VU, make sure that:
-
the MODE SELECT switch is set to OFF,
-
the OPEN warning light is off.
(3)
Make sure that the access platform is in position under the main door of the right main gear.

Make sure that the main door of the right main gear is open (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-010-001).
