A. Aircraft Configuration
(1)
Do the EIS stop procedure (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
(2)
De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

R R R R (3) If the engine is installed (and you have disconnected the upper end of the main fuel feed-line from the fluid disconnect panel), do the steps that follow:
R (a) Remove the blanking plug from the fuel feed-line (1).
R R (b) Put the new gasket (2) and the fuel feed-line (1) in position on the fluid disconnect panel (Ref. TASK 73-11-11-400-041).
(c) Install the bolts (4) and safety with MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-010).
R R (4) If you have disconnected the lower end of the main fuel feed-line, connect it to the fuel manifold duct (Ref. TASK 73-11-11-400-041).
R (5) Remove the fuel container.
R (6) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
R (7) Do the EIS start procedure (ECAM only) (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
R (8) On the ECAM CP 11VU, push (in) the FUEL P/BSW to get the FUEL system page on the ECAM lower DU.
R (9) On the panel 115VU, put the applicable ENG/MASTER 1 or ENG/MASTER 2 switch to the ON position.
R (10) On the ECAM lower DU, make sure that the applicable LEFT or RIGHT LP valve is open (green in-line).
R (11) On the panel 40VU: - push (in) the applicable L TK PUMPS 1 and 2 or R TK PUMPS 1 and 2 P/BSW - make sure that the P/BSW OFF lights go off and the P/BSW FAULT lights come on momentarily.

B. Leak Test
(1) Examine the flange of the main fuel feed-line (1) connection for fuel leakage. Fuel leakage from the main fuel feed-line (1) connection is not permitted.
C. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1)
On the panel 40VU:
-release (out) the L TK PUMPS 1 and 2 (R TK PUMPS 1 and 2) P/BSW
-make sure that the P/BSW OFF lights come on.
(2)
On the panel 115VU, put the applicable ENG/MASTER 1 or ENG/MASTER 2 switch to the OFF position.
(3)
Do the EIS stop procedure (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-002).
(4)
De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits
(Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002).

D. Close Access R (1) Install the applicable access panel (Ref. TASK 57-41-37-400-003):

FOR 12QM R install 522AT

FOR 13QM R install 622AT.
(2)
Close the engine fan cowl doors (Ref. TASK 71-13-00-410-040).
(3)
Remove the TOOL-ZERO LOCKING, FLAP SLAT CTL LEVER from the flap/slat control lever on the panel 114VU.

E. If the engine is not installed
(1) Install a blanking plug on the main fuel feed-line (3).

F. Remove the safety clip(s) and the tag(s) and close this(these) circuit breaker(s): 5CV, 7CV.

G. Removal of Equipment
(1)
Remove the safety barriers.
(2)
Remove the fuel container.
(3)
Remove the warning notice(s).
(4)
Remove the access platform(s).
(5)
Remove the ground support and maintenance equipment, the special and standard tools and all other items.
