R (10) If the intercell transfer valves are open:
R R (a) Refuel the aircraft until there is a minimum of 1000 kg (2204.6220 lb) of fuel in the wing tank inner cell.
R (b) On panels 49VU and 121VU, open the circuit breakers 1QT and 2QT.
R R NOTE : It is not necessary to install safety clips and tags on____ the circuit breakers.
R (c) After a minimum of 5 seconds, the FQIC will de-energize.
R (d) On panels 49VU and 121VU, close the circuit breakers 1QT and 2QT.
R R (e) After a minimum of 60 seconds, the FQIC will re-energize and cycle the intercell transfer valves.

A. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration
(1) Make sure that the aircraft and the fuel tanker/pump unit are grounded correctly (Ref. TASK 12-34-24-869-001) and electrically bonded together correctly.
NOTE : Bonding is essential, grounding is recommended.____
(2) Do a fuel sampling for water contamination check on the fuel in the fuel tanker/pump unit (Ref. TASK 12-32-28-281-001).
(3) Remove the refuel coupling cap 41QM.
(4) Make sure that the coupling of the fuel supply-hose is clean.
(5) Connect the coupling of the fuel supply-hose to the aircraft refuel coupling.
(6) Energize the aircraft electrical circuits (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-861-002).
(7) Energize the ECAM system (Ref. TASK 31-60-00-860-001).
(8) On the ECAM control panel, push (in) the FUEL P/BSW.

Start the pump on the fuel tanker/pump unit.
(2)
Push and hold (in) the manual plunger(s) on the applicable refuel valve(s) 7QU(8QU) or 10QU.
(3)
Monitor the fuel quantity on the ECAM FUEL page.
(4)
When the quantity of fuel in the tank(s) is correct, release (out) the manual plunger(s) on the related refuel valve(s).
(5)
Stop the pump on the fuel tanker/pump unit.

(3) For the right refuel valve 8QU, close the access panel 622JB.
(4) For the center tank refuel valve 10QU, close the RH MLG door 744 (Ref. TASK 32-12-00-410-001).

C. Removal of Equipment
(1) Disconnect these bonding/ground cables: - between the aircraft and the fuel tanker/pump unit - if applicable, between the fuel tanker/pump unit and the ground - if applicable, between the aircraft and the ground.
(2) Remove the safety barriers.
(3) Remove the warning notice(s).
(4) Remove the access platform(s).
