 2. On the panel 115VU:  On the ECAM lower DU:
 - put the ENG/MASTER 2 switch to  - the RIGHT LP valve indication shows
 the ON position.  the valve open (green in-line).
 3. On the panel 115VU:  On the ECAM lower DU:
 - put the ENG/MASTER 2 switch to  - the RIGHT LP valve indication shows
 the OFF position.  the valve closed (amber cross-line).
 4. On the panel 121VU:  The ENG 2 LP valve MOTOR 2 SUPPLY and
 - remove the safety clip and tag  CONTROL is energized.
 and close the circuit breaker
 4QG.
 5. On the panel 49VU:  The ENG 2 LP VALVE MOTOR 1 SUPPLY and
 - open, safety and tag the  CONTROL is isolated.
 circuit breaker 2QG.
 On the ECAM lower DU:
 - the RIGHT LP valve indication shows
 the valve closed (amber cross-line).
 6. On the panel 115VU:  On the ECAM lower DU:
 - put the ENG/MASTER 2 switch to  - the RIGHT LP valve indication shows
 the ON position.  the valve open (green in-line).
 7. On the panel 115VU  On the ECAM lower DU:
 - put the ENG/MASTER 2 switch to  - the RIGHT LP valve indication shows
 the OFF position.  the valve closed (amber cross-line).

R  E. Aircraft Maintenance Configuration 
R  NOTE : You can disconnect the main fuel feed-line at:____ 
R  - the fluid disconnect panel (top end) 
R  or 
R  - the fuel manifold duct (lower end) (Ref. TASK 73-11-11-000-041). 
R  (1) De-energize the aircraft electrical circuits 
R  (Ref. TASK 24-41-00-862-002). 
R  (2) Put a warning notice in position to tell persons not to energize the 
R  aircraft electrical circuits. 
R  (3) To disconnect the main fuel-feed line at the fluid disconnect panel, 
R  do the steps that follow: 
R  (a) Put the fuel container in position below the applicable fuel 
R  feed-line (3). 
R  WARNING : CUT, REMOVE AND DISCARD THE LOCKWIRE AS YOU DO THE_______ 
R  TASK. LOOSE LOCKWIRE CAN CUT OR BLIND YOU. 
R  (b) Remove and discard the lockwire from the bolts (4). 
R  (c) Remove the bolts (4) and disconnect the fuel feed-line (1). 
R  (d) Remove and discard the gasket (2). 
R  (e) Put a blanking cap on the disconnected fuel feed-line (1). 
R  (4) If the engine is not installed: 
R  (a) Put a fuel container below the disconnected fuel feed-line (3). 
R  (b) Remove the blanking plug from the fuel feed-line (3). 
R  (c) Let the fuel in the line drain away.

 F. Do this test for each LP valve 12QM(13QM):

1. On the panel 40VU:  On the panel 40VU:
 -push (in) the L TK PUMPS 1 and  - the OFF lights go off 2 (R TK PUMPS 1 and 2) P/BSW. - the FAULT lights come on momentarily.
 The fuel feed-line to the LP valve is pressurized.
 2. Keep the fuel feed line
 pressurized for three minutes,
 then examine these parts for fuel
 leakage:

 -
the main fuel feed-line (3)

 -
the LP valve externally.


 Fuel leakage from these parts
 is not permitted.

 3. On the panel 40VU:  On the panel 40VU:
 -release (out) the L TK PUMPS 1  - the L TK PUMPS 1 and 2 (R TK PUMPS 1 and 2 (R TK PUMPS 1 and 2) and 2) P/BSW OFF lights come on. P/BSW.
