You must obey the fuel safety procedures (Ref. TASK 28-00-00-910-001) when you do work on the fuel system.
(2)
You must obey the refuel/defuel safety procedures (Ref. TASK 12-11-28-650-001) when you do work on the refuel/defuel system.

B. Get Access
(1)
Put the access platform adjacent to the refuel coupling 40QM.
(2)
Make sure that the aircraft and the fuel tanker/pump unit are grounded correctly (Ref. TASK 12-34-24-869-001).
(3)
Remove the refuel coupling cap 41QM.

(4) Make sure that the hose-coupling of the fuel tanker/pump unit is clean.
(5) Connect the hose-coupling of the fuel tanker/pump unit to the aircraft refuel/defuel coupling.
NOTE : Make sure there is sufficient space in the fuel tanker for the____ movement of fuel from the aircraft tanks.

R R (1) Put the access platform adjacent to the applicable refuel coupling 100QM (40QM).
R R (2) Make sure that the aircraft and the fuel tanker/pump unit are grounded correctly (Ref. TASK 12-34-24-869-001).
R (3) Remove the applicable refuel coupling cap 101QM (41QM).
R R (4) Make sure that the hose-coupling of the fuel tanker/pump unit is clean.
R R (5) Connect the hose-coupling of the fuel tanker/pump unit to the aircraft refuel/defuel coupling.
R R NOTE : Make sure there is sufficient space in the fuel tanker for the____ movement of fuel from the aircraft tanks.
