Remove the forward thrust lever stop: 1) Remove the four screws from the forward thrust lever stop. 2) Remove the forward thrust lever stop.

Remove the thrust lever covers and seals: 1) Remove the six screws from the two right thrust lever
covers and seals. 2) Remove the two right thrust lever covers and seals.
(g)
Remove the right stabilizer trim lever cover and the lightplate: 1) Remove the two screws from the right stabilizer trim lever
cover. 2) Apply masking tape to the surface of the right stabilizer trim lightplate to protect the lightplate surface. 3) Remove the electrical cable clamps, as necessary, to permit the wires to loosen. 4) Remove the right stabilizer trim lever cover and the lightplate.
5) Let the right stabilizer trim lever cover and the lightplate to hang by the control stand by the electrical cable.
6) Attach the right stabilizer trim lever cover and the lightplate to the control stand to prevent movement of the lightplate.
(h) Remove the flap lever detent, the cover, and the lightplate: 1) Remove the four screws from the flap lever detent. 2) Remove the flap lever detent. 3) Remove the flap lever 40 unit switches from the stabilizer
trim sprocket chain guard (AMM 27-51-94/501). 4) Remove the horn cutout switch knob. 5) Remove the three screws from the flap lever cover
lightplate. 6) Turn the flap lever cover lightplate to get access to the
flap lever cover screws. 7) Remove the four screws from the flap lever cover. 8) Remove the electrical cable clamps, as necessary, to permit
the wires to loosen.

9) Remove the flap lever cover and the lightplate. 10) Apply masking tape to the surface of the flap lever lightplate to protect the lightplate surface.
11) Let the flap lever cover and the lightplate hang alongside the forward edge of the control stand by the electrical cable.
12) Attach the flap lever cover and the lightplate to the control stand to prevent movement of the lightplate.
(i) Remove the stabilizer trim CUTOUT switches: 1) Remove the four screws from the stabilizer trim CUTOUT switch plate. 2) Apply masking tape to the surface of the stabilizer trim CUTOUT switch plate to protect the switch plate surface. 3) Remove the electrical cable clamps, as necessary, to permit
the wires to loosen. 4) Remove the stabilizer trim CUTOUT switch plate. 5) Let the stabilizer trim CUTOUT switch plate hang by the aft
right edge of the control stand by the electrical cable. 6) Attach the stabilizer trim CUTOUT switch plate to the control stand to prevent movement of the switch plate.

(1) Install the covers, seals and lightplates (Fig. 401).
(a)
Install the side panels of the control stand.
(b)
Install the stabilizer trim CUTOUT switches: 1) Remove the plate restraint for the stabilizer trim CUTOUT switch. 2) Put the stabilizer trim CUTOUT switch plate in the correct
position for installation. 3) Install the electrical cable clamps. 4) Install the four screws into the stabilizer trim CUTOUT
switch plate. 5) Tighten the four screws.
