(f)  
Forward thrust lever stop. 1) Put the stop for the forward thrust lever into the correct position for the installation.

 2)  Install four screws into the stop for the forward thrust lever. a) Tighten the four screws.

 (g)  
Aft stop for the thrust lever.


 WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE AFT STOP IN THE CORRECT POSITION
_______ FOR INSTALLATION. IF THE AFT STOP IS REVERSED, THE THRUST REVERSER WILL NOT OPERATE.
 1)  Put the aft stop for the thrust lever in the correct position for the installation. a) Make sure the tabs on the aft stop are pointing aft and
 down. 2) Install the three screws in the aft stop. a) Tighten the three screws.
 (h)  
Aft guard plate. 1) Put the aft guard plate in the correct position for the installation.

 2)  Install the two screws in the aft guard plate. a) Tighten the two screws.

 (i)  
Stabilizer trim control wheels. 1) Install the left control wheel for stabilizer trim on the spline shaft.


 2)  Install the right control wheel for stabilizer trim on the splined shaft. a) The handles on the control wheels must be
 90 |15 degrees apart when you install the control wheels on the control stand. 3) Install the screws. a) Tighten the screws to 150-170 pound inches.
 H.  Put the Airplane Back to the Usual Condition.

Make sure the position on the stabilizer trim indicator is the same
 as the position of the stabilizer.


 (a)  If it is necessary, do the adjustment for the position indicator (AMM 27-41-00/501).

 (2)  
Connect the connector link in the stabilizer trim chain.

Do the adjustment to the stabilizer trim chain so a 5-pound force
 can deflect the chain 0.18 - 0.32 inch at a point 3.5 - 5.5 inches
 above the forward tangent of the forward mechanism sprocket.

Make sure the dimension A of the forward and the aft support links
 for the stabilizer trim chain are the same to +0.06/-0.06 inch.

(5)  S 824-064-C03Do the adjustment for the flap control cables WFA and WFB (AMM 27-51-00/501).
 (6)  S 824-065-C03Do the adjustment for the forward loop of the thrust control cable (AMM 76-11-00/501).
 (7)  S 824-066-C03Do the adjustment for the cables for the engine start control (AMM 76-11-00/501).
 (8)  S 414-067-C03Close the access door for the forward nose compartment.
 (9)  S 414-068-C03Close the access door No. 1201 for the electronics equipment compartment.

 Supply hydraulic power (AMM 29-15-00/201).

 With the reverse thrust levers in their stowed position (forward and down), move each forward thrust lever through its full travel.


 (a)  Make sure the levers move smoothly, and freely without interference, binding, or scraping.

 (12) Do the Normal Operations Procedure to make sure the reverse thrust levers are correctly installed (AMM 78-31-00/501).
