The cable references are from end fitting to end fitting.

The T1A and T2A cables control the increase of the forward thrust.
(4)
The T1B and T2B cables control the decrease of the forward thrust.
(5)
The ESS1A and ESS2A cables control the engine start and the fuel to the run position.
(6)
The ESS1B and ESS2B cables control the engine shutdown and fuel to the cutoff position.
B. There are two sets of thrust control and start control cables.
(1)
The optional control cables will put the turnbuckles for the thrust control cables and the engine start cables behind the wing leading edge.
(a)
The following cables are installed on these airplanes. 1) Line no. 1001 - 1999 have the optional start control cables. 2) Line no. 2000 and on has the recommended start control cables. 3) Line no. 1001 - 1998 has the optional thrust control cables.
4) Line no. 1999 and on has the recommended thrust control cables.
(b)
The airplanes without SB 76-1023 or SL 76-15 have the optional control cables.
(2)
The recommended control cables will move the turnbuckles for the thrust control cables and the engine start cables from the wing to the fuselage.
(a)
The airplanes with SB 76-1023 have the recommended T1A/T2A/T1B/T2B control cables.
(b)
The airplanes with SL 76-15 have the recommended ESS1A/ESS1B/ESS2A/ESS2B control cables.
