(m) Put the flap lever detent in the correct position for
 installation.
 (n) Install the four screws into the flap lever detent and the flap
 lever cover.
 (o) Tighten the four screws.

 (4)  Install the right stabilizer trim lever covers and the lightplates:
 (a) Remove the right stabilizer trim lever cover and the lightplate
 restraint.
 (b) Put the right stabilizer trim lever cover and the lightplate in
 the correct position for installation.
 (c) Install the electrical cable clamps.
 (d) Install the two screws into the right stabilizer trim lever
 cover and the lightplate.
 (e) Tighten the two screws.

 (5)  Install the thrust lever covers and seals:
 (a) Put the two right thrust lever covers and seals in their
 position for installation.
 (b) Install the three screws into each thrust lever cover and seal.
 (c) Tighten the six screws.

 (6)  Install the forward thrust lever stop:
 (a) Put the forward thrust lever stop in its position for
 installation.
 (b) Install the four screws into the forward thrust lever stop.
 (c) Tighten the four screws.

 (7)  Install the aft thrust lever stop:
 (a) Put the aft thrust lever stop in its position for installation.
 1) Make sure the tabs on the aft stop are pointing aft and
 down.
 (b) Install the three screws into the aft thrust lever stop.
 (c) Tighten the three screws.

 (8)  Install the aft guard plate:
 (a) Put the aft guard plate in its position for installation.
 (b) Install the two screws into the aft guard plate.
 (c) Tighten the two screws.

 (9)  Install the stabilizer trim control wheels:
 (a)  
Install the left stabilizer trim control wheel in the correct position on the spline shaft.

 (b)  
Install the right stabilizer trim control wheel on the splined shaft.

 NOTE: Handles on the stabilizer trim control wheels must
____ be 90 (|15) degrees apart when installed on the control stand.
 (c)  Install the bolts.
 1)  Tighten the bolts to 150-170 inch-pounds (16.9-19.2 newton-meters).

Make sure that the stabilizer trim indicator position agrees with the position of the stabilizer.

 (a)  If it is necessary, adjust the position of the indicator (AMM 27-41-00/501).

 (2)  
Connect the connector link in the stabilizer trim chain.

Adjust the stabilizer trim chain so that a 5-pound force will deflect the chain 0.25 +0.07/-0.07 inch at a point 4.5 +1.0/-1.0 inches above the forward tangent of the forward mechanism sprocket.
