 (ag) Set a frequency of 108.00 MHz on the No. 1 VHF NAV control panel.
 H. LOC Test
 S 735-041
 (1)  Do the LOC test:
 (a)  
Do the prepare for the system test.

 (b)  
Set the output of the ramp test set to supply a maximum on-course localizer signal at a frequency of 108.10 MHz.

 (c)  
Set a frequency of 108.10 MHz on the No. 1 VHF NAV control panel. 1) Make sure the runway symbol, the GS flag, and the glide

 slope pointers show on the captain's ADI. 2) Make sure the VERT flag and the glide slope pointer show on the captain's HSI. 3) Make sure the RUNWAY flag on the captain's ADI is out of view. 4) Make sure the to-from display on the captain's HSI is blank. 5) Make sure the navigation warning flag on the captain's HSI is out of view. 6) Make sure the narrow pointers on the two RDDMIs are at the 3 o'clock position.

 (d)  
Turn the captain's course knob to move the course arrow on the captain's HSI in line with the lubber line. 1) Make sure the runway symbol on the captain's ADI is in the

 center. 2) Make sure the course deviation bar on the captain's HSI is in the center.

 (e)  
Adjust the output of the ramp test set to supply a fly-left signal. 1) Make sure the runway symbol on the captain's ADI moves in


 the left direction. 2) Make sure the course deviation bar on the captain's HSI moves in the left direction.

Adjust the output of the ramp test set to supply a fly-right signal. 1) Make sure the runway symbol on the captain's ADI moves in
 the right direction. 2) Make sure the course deviation bar on the captain's HSI
 moves in the right direction.On the ramp test set, remove one of the two components (90Hz or 150Hz) of the localizer test signal. 1) Make sure the runway symbol on the captain's ADI goes out
