(ac) Do the steps (e) thru (z) for the channel B.
(ad) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
1) P18-1 Circuit Breaker Panel
a) AFCS A SNSR EXC AC
b) AFCS A FCC DC
(ae) Push the INIT/REF key on the CDU keyboard to get out of the BITE.

Do the Spoiler Position Sensors Test
(a)
Set the speed brake lever to the DOWN position.
(b)
Set the pilot's control wheel to its zero position.
(c)
Move the pilot's control wheel lightly near the zero position to make sure that the system is in the center.
(d)
Push the INIT/REF key on the CDU keyboard to show the POS INIT page or PERF INIT page.
(e)
Push the LSK adjacent to <INDEX to show the INIT REF INDEX 1/1 page.

(k) Push the LSK adjacent to <CONTINUE until the CDU display shows
the test 56.11.
(l) Make sure that the A and B sides of the test 56.11 show -0.2 to
0.2v ac.
(m) Push the LSK adjacent to <CONTINUE to show the test 56.12 on
the CDU display.
(n) Make sure that A and B sides of the test 56.12 show -0.2 to
0.2v ac.
(o) Push the LSK adjacent to <INDEX to go back to the Sensor Values
Index page.
(p) Push the NEXT PAGE key on the CDU keyboard to show the DFCS
BITE TEST OVERNIGHT MAINT 2/2 page.
(q) Set the speed brake lever to the FLIGHT DETENT position.
(r) Push the LSK adjacent to <ANALOG SIGNALS from the Sensor Values
Index.
(s) Push the LSK adjacent to <CONTINUE until the CDU display shows
the test 56.11.
(t) Make sure that the A and B sides of the test 56.11 show 5.5 to
7.0v ac.
(u) Push the LSK adjacent to <CONTINUE to show the test 56.12 on
the CDU display.
(v) Make sure that the A and B sides of the test 56.12 show 5.5 to
7.0v ac.
(w) Set the speed brake lever to the DOWN position.
(x) Push the INIT/REF key on the CDU keyboard to get out of the
BITE.
