D. Autopilot Aileron Actuator - Manual Test
S 715-040
(1) Do the actuator test:
(a)
Engage the autopilot A (or B if it is applicable) to the CWS mode.
(b)
Make sure that the CWS ROLL and CWS PITCH indications come on.
NOTE: The control wheel must not move when you engaged the
____
autopilot.
(c) Turn the control wheel to the left. Make sure that the left aileron goes up.

(d)
Turn the control wheel to the right. Make sure that the right aileron goes up.
(e)
Turn the control wheel to the center detent. Make sure that the ailerons are in the center position.
(f)
Disengage the autopilot.
E. Put the Airplanes Back to Its Initial Condition

(1)
Remove hydraulic power if it is not necessary (AMM 29-15-00/201).
S 865-041
(2)
Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).
