(3) Do these steps to remove the aileron force limiter:
(a)
Remove the electrical connectors from the aileron force limiter.
(b)
Hold the aileron force limiter and remove the mounting bolts, washers and nuts.
(c)
Remove the aileron force limiter.

(1) Do these steps to install the aileron force limiter:
(a) Hold the aileron force limiter and engage the splines with those on the shaft assembly. Align the three holes in the aileron force limiter with those in the shaft assembly bracket.
NOTE: Make sure the arrow on the aileron force limiter
____ points to the nose of the airplane.
(b) Install the mounting bolts, washers and nuts as follows:
NOTE: Install the mounting bolt in the down direction.
____
1) One mounting bolt, washer and nut for the aft hole. 2) Two mounting bolts, washers and nuts for the forward holes. 3) Tighten the mounting bolts.
(c) Connect the electrical connectors to the aileron force limiter.
