Do the adjustment again if the voltage does not decrease.

Install the lockwire on the thumb nut (on the microadjustment rod) when the adjustment is correct.

Connect the sensor connectors:
(a)
Disconnect the VTVM.
(b)
Remove the test cable.
(c)
Connect the sensor connectors.
(d)
Remove the test set cable.
(e)
Connect the D1681 connector to the A/P actuator A.
(f)
Connect the D1687 connector to the A/P actuator B.
(g)
Remove the power cable of the test set.
(4)
Close these circuit breakers and remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:

A. General
(1) In this procedure, you use the DFCS BITE to do the adjustment. This adjustment procedure is part of the DFCS BITE. To do the adjustment, you have to remove the 3802 access door to get access to the sensor.
