D. Procedure
S 424-005
(1) Do these steps to install the valve:
(a)
Remove the covers from the actuator openings.
(b)
Clean the seal plate
(c)
Make sure the O-ring is satisfactory.
(d)
Replace the O-ring if it is necessary.
(e)
Lubricate the O-ring with the hydraulic fluid.
(f)
Install the O-ring on the valve.
(g)
Put the seal plate in the correct position.
(h)
Hold the valve in the position and install the mounting bolts.
(i)
Tighten the mounting bolts between 50-70 lb-in.
(j)
Install the lockwire (AMM 20-10-44/401).
