ELEVATOR NEUTRAL SHIFT SENSOR - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General (Fig. 401)_______
A. This procedure contains two tasks. The first task is for the removal of the elevator neutral shift sensor. The second task is for the installation of the elevator neutral shift sensor.
B. You can find the elevator neutral shift sensor on the forward right side of the feel and centering unit. The feel and centering unit is aft of the bulkhead station 1156.

(3) Do these steps to remove the sensor:
(a)
Remove the electrical connectors from the sensor.
(b)
Remove the bolt, the washer and the nut in the crank arm.
(c)
Remove the crank arm from the sensor shaft.
