 (az) Push the LSK adjacent to <EXECUTE to do the test 60.33 (Mach Trim Surface Test). (ba) Follow the instructions as shown on the CDU display but keep
 the AFCS B MACH TRIM DC circuit breaker open. (bb) Make sure that the CDU shows "TEST FAILED". (bc) Close the AFCS B MACH TRIM DC circuit breaker on the P6-2
 Circuit Breaker Panel. (bd) Open the AFCS B MACH TRIM AC circuit breaker on the P6-2
 Circuit Breaker Panel. (be) Push the LSK adjacent to RERUN> to do the test 60.33 again. (bf) Make sure that the CDU shows "TEST FAILED". (bg) Close the AFCS B MACH TRIM AC circuit breaker on the P6-2
 Circuit Breaker Panel. (bh) Push the INIT/REF key on the CDU keyboard to get out of the BITE.

Push the LSK adjacent to MAINT> to show the MAINT BITE INDEX 1/1 page.

 (d)  
Push the LSK adjacent to <DFCS to show the DFCS BITE TEST LINE MAINT 1/2 page.

 (e)  
Make sure that the red A/P P/RST lights on the Autoflight Status Annunciators, P1 and P3, come on.

 WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT YOU PREPARE FOR THE AIR MODE BEFORE YOU
_______ OPEN THE CIRCUIT BREAKER THAT FOLLOWS. AUTOMATIC OPERATION OF THE AIRPLANE SYSTEMS IN THE AIR MODE CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (f)  
Open the LANDING GEAR AIR/GND RELAY & LTS circuit breaker on the P6-2/-3 Circuit Breaker Panel.

 (g)  
Make sure that the red A/P P/RST lights go off.

 NOTE: It is not possible to get access to the DFCS BITE.

 (h)  
Close the LANDING GEAR AIR/GND RELAY & LTS circuit breaker on the P6-2/-3 Circuit Breaker Panel.

 (i)  
Push the INIT/REF key on the CDU keyboard to get out of the BITE.

Make sure that the A and B sides of the pin J2A-20 show OP.

Push the LSK adjacent to INDEX> to go back to the Discrete Input Words Index.
