(3) Do these steps to get access to the A/P aileron actuators.
(a)
Install the downlocks on the main landing gear (Ref 32-00-01/201).
(b)
Make sure the screen doors (if installed) for the tire burst protection are open (Ref 52-49-31/201).
(c)
Remove the 3802 access door on the tail cone to get access to the A/P elevator actuators (Ref 12-31-41/201).

(4) Do these steps to remove the valves:
(a)
Remove the lockwire from the mounting bolts.
(b)
Remove the mounting bolts.
(c)
Remove the valve.
(d)
Remove the seal plate.
(e)
Remove the O-ring from the valve
(f)
Put the covers on the actuator openings.
