Depressurize the actuating cylinder.

Remove the nuts (21) and the six threaded rods (22).

Remove the bolts (13) and (14).

Remove the two half shells (11) and (12).
R (27) Tighten the nut (34) so that the jaws (33) touch the spigot ball R joint.

Pressurize the actuating cylinder so that the sliding rod comes out fully.

Install the two half segments (31) and (36) between the wing and the pylon, in the spigot ball joint bore.
NOTE : Is is mandatory to install the half segments (31) and (36). If
____ you do not install them, damage to the pylon can occur.

Depressurize the actuating cylinder and pull in the sliding rod by 40 mm (1.5748 in.).

Install the shim (35) between the sliding rod end and the plate (26).
(32)
Pressurize the actuating cylinder and fully remove the ball joint
(32) from its housing.
(33)
Depressurize the actuating cylinder and remove the shim (35).
(34)
Loosen the nuts (34) so that the jaws (33) are in the open position.
(35)
Remove the actuating cylinder, the nuts (25), the plate (26) and the studs (24).
NOTE : The two half segments (31) and (36) must stay in position in
