F. Installation of the Electrical Systems

(1)
Put blanking caps on the disconnected electrical connectors.
(2)
Make sure that the electrical connectors are clean and in the correct condition.
(3)
Put the cables in position at the pylon.

(4) Connection of the electrical feeders on the right side of the pylon (Ref. Fig. 404/TASK 54-50-00-991-012)
(a)
Install the tension regulator cable (32) in the engine electrical box 401VC.
(b)
Install the washers (40), the bolts (41), the nuts (39) and tighten the nuts (39).
(c)
Install the plate (38) on the engine electrical box, install the bolts (37) and tighten them.
(d)
Put the clamp (36) in position on the pylon secondary structure.
(e)
Install the washer (47), the bolt (35), the nut (46) and tighten the nut (46).
(f)
Install the clamp (31) in position on the pylon secondary structure.
(g)
Install the washer (33), the bolt (34) and tighten the bolt (34).
(h)
Install the four electrical feeders on the plate 400VT (43) with the nuts (44).
R (i) Install the cover (42) and the new corrosion resistant steel R lockwire 0.8 mm (0.32 in.) dia. MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-R 010) on this plate.
(j)
Install the 13 cable supports (54) on the pylon secondary structure with the washers (52), the bolts (53) and the nuts (51).
(k)
At RIB09, install the cable support (56) on the pylon secondary structure with the bolts (57) and the nuts (55).

Connection of the electrical connectors at RIB7A

(a)
For the left pylon, connect the connectors: 471VC, 473VC, 475VC.
(b)
For the right pylon, connect the connectors: 470VC, 472VC, 474VC.

Connection of the electrical connectors at the wing closing rib (Ref. Fig. 406/TASK 54-50-00-991-014)
(a)
Put the assembly electrical cables and plate (61) in position at the wing closing rib.
(b)
Install the washers (74), the bolts (73) and tighten the bolts (73).
NOTE : Do an electrical bonding when you install the bolts (73)

(c)
Install the washer (68) and the clamp (67).
(d)
Install the washer (72) and the clamp (71).
(e)
Install the spacer (66), the washer (65) and the clamp (63).

Engage the connector (12) on the clamp (16).

Install the nuts (2) and (13).
