E. Cleaning of the Structure
WARNING : USE SOLVENTS/CLEANING AGENTS, SEALANTS AND OTHER SPECIAL
_______ MATERIALS ONLY WITH A GOOD SUPPLY OF AIR. OBEY THE MANUFACTURERS INSTRUCTIONS. PUT ON PROTECTIVE CLOTHING. DO NOT GET THEM IN YOUR MOUTH. DO NOT SMOKE. DO NOT BREATHE THE GAS. THESE MATERIALS ARE POISONOUS, FLAMMABLE AND SKIN IRRITANT. GET MEDICAL HELP IF YOUR SKIN OR EYES BECOME IRRITATED.
(1) Clean the inspection area with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004) and a lint-free cotton cloth MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), if necessary.

A. Inspection R (Ref. Fig. 622/TASK 54-51-00-991-036)
(1)
Do a detailed inspection of the top surface of the top spars of the pylon, from forward of RIB1 to RIB10.
(2)
Make sure that there is no:
(a)
Corrosion damage:
-If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200-P.Block001) for types of corrosion, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
(b)
Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks dents, bumps,...):
-if you find other damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100-P.Block001) for damage classification and corrective action.

B. Installation of the Component
(1)
Install the precooler (Ref. TASK 36-11-42-400-001).

C. Close Access
(1)
Install the access panels.
(a)
For the left pylon: 413CL, 413DL, 413EL, 414CR, 414FR, 471AL, 471BL, 471CL, 472AR, 472BR.
(b)
For the right pylon: 423CL, 423DL, 423FL, 424CR, 424ER, 481AL, 481BL, 482AR, 482BR, 482CR.
(2)
Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other
items.
(3)
Remove the access platform(s).
(4)
Remove the warning notice(s).
