 A. Removal of the Apron Assemblies on the Left Pylon
 (1)
 Removal of the hats-section assembly (41) and (44).
 (Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 54-57-22-991-004)

 (a)
 Remove the bolts (43),(45) and the washers (42),(46).

 (b)
 Remove the seal and retainer assemblies (41) and (44).

 (2)
 Removal of the aft apron assemblies (51) and (64).
 (Ref. Fig. 402/TASK 54-57-22-991-005)

 (a)
 Remove the bolts (62) the washers (63), the aft apron assemblies

 (51) and (64).

 (b)
 Remove the bolts (54) and the washers (55).

 (c)
 Remove the bolts (59) and the washers (58).

 (d)
 Remove the brackets (56) and (61) from the forward aprons.

 (e)
 Remove the bolts (53) and the washers (52).

 (f)
 Remove the aft apron (51) and (61).

 (g)
 Remove the forward aprons (57) and (60). NOTE : Do the same procedure for the removal of the right pylon.

 A. Installation of the Apron Assemblies on the Left Pylon

 Install the aft aprons (51) and (64).

 (a)
 Position the forward aprons (57) and (60).

 (b)
 Position the aft aprons (51) and (64).

 (c)
 Install the washers (52) and the bolts (53).

 (d)
 Tighten the bolts (62).

 (e)
 Position the brackets (56) and (61) on the forward aprons (57) and (60).

 (f)
 Install the washer (58) and the bolt (59).

 (g)
 Tighten the bolt (59).

 (h)
 Install the washers (55) and the bolts (54).

 (i)
 Tighten the bolts (54).

 (2)
 Installation of the seal and retainer assemblies (41) and (44). (Ref. Fig. 401/TASK 54-57-22-991-004)

 (a)
 Position the seal and retainer assemblies (41) and (44) on the pylon structure.

 (b)
 Install the washers (42),(46) and the bolts (43),(45).

 (c)
 Tighten the bolts (43),(45). NOTE : Do the same procedure for the installation of the right

 Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.

 Close of the thrust reverser doors (Ref. TASK 78-36-00-410-040). FOR 1000EM1 451AL, 452AR FOR 1000EM2 461AL, 462AR.
