R R R  (1) Clean the inspection surface with CLEANING AGENTS (Material No. 11-004) and a lint-free cotton cloth MISCELLANEOUS (Material No. 19-003), if necessary.

 A. Inspection (Ref. Fig. 628/TASK 54-51-00-991-063)
R R  (1) Do a special detailed inspection of the pylon-to-wing aft attachment-shackles at RIB10. Refer to the Non-destructive Testing Manual (Ref. NTM 545123, P.Block 401).
 (2) Make a report of the damage after the NDT inspection:
R R  (a) Corrosion damage: - If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200-P.Block 001) for types of corrosion, inspection, removal and corrosion protection. 
R R R R R  (b) Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks, dents, bumps,...): - If you find other damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100-P.Block 001) for damage classification and related corrective action.

R  (1) Install the panels: 
R  (a) For the left pylon: 471CL, 472BR, 475AL, 475BL, 476AR, 476BR. 
R  (b) For the right pylon: 481BL, 482CR, 485AL, 485BL, 486AR, 486BR.
 (2) Make sure that the work area is clean and clear of tool(s) and other items.
 (3) Remove the access platform(s).
R  (4) Remove the warning notice(s).

 A. Safety Precautions
 (1)
 On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:

 (a) Put a warning notice to tell persons not to start the engine.

 (2)
 Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.

 (3)
 On the overhead maintenance panel 50VU:

 (a)
 Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.

 (b)
 Put a warning notice to tell persons not to energize the FADEC 1(2).

 

 (4)
 Obey the fuel safety procedures (Ref. TASK 28-00-00-910-001) when you do work on the fuel system.
