R R (1) Do a detailed inspection of the structure of the engine forward mount-fitting and of the bolts, nuts and washers.
(2) Make sure that there is no:
R R R (a) Corrosion damage: - If there is corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200-P.Block001) for types of corrosion, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
R R R (b) Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks dents, bumps,...): - If there is other damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100-P.Block001), (Ref. SRM 545118-P.Block101) for damage classification and associated corrective action.

A. Safety Precautions
R (1) On the center pedestal, on the ENG panel 115VU:
(a) Put a warning notice to tell persons not to start the engine.
(2)
Make sure that the engine 1(2) shutdown occurred not less than 5 minutes before you do this procedure.
(3)
On the overheat maintenance panel 50VU:
(a)
Make sure that the ON legend of the ENG/FADEC GND PWR/1(2) pushbutton switch is off.
(b)
Put a warning notice to tell persons not to energize the FADEC.
