A. Inspection

(1)
Do a detailed inspection of the upper surface of the pylon spigot receptacle. This inspection includes the fitting bore and the surface around the upper spar.
(2)
Make sure that there is no:
(a)
Corrosion damage:
-If you find corrosion damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 512200-P.Block001) for types of corrosion, inspection, removal and corrosion protection.
(b)
Other damage (cracks, scratches, stress, marks dents, bumps,...):
-If you find other damage, refer to the Structural Repair Manual (Ref. SRM 511100-P.Block001) for damage classification and related corrective action.

Remove the access platform(s).
(5)
