Install the upper window with a gasket on each side.
(c)
Align the bolt holes in the upper flanged pan with those in the floor panel.
(d)
Install the window retention plate with the 4 bolts.

(10) AIRPLANES WITHOUT THE RETENTION PLATE OF THE UPPER WINDOW;
Do these steps:
(a)
Install the upper window with a gasket on each side.
(b)
Put the floor panel in its position but do not install the bolts.
(c)
Align the bolt holes in the upper flanged pan with those in the floor panel.
(d)
Install the 4 bolts that hold the upper flanged pan to the floor panel.

Install the bolts that hold the floor panel.

Tighten the hose clamps.

Seal the bolt heads in the nose wheel well with the BMS 5-95 sealant.

Remove the protective cover from each window.

Make sure that you can see the indicator of the nose gear downlock when you look through the viewer window (Ref Chapter 32, Landing Gear).

Close the viewer cover.

A. Examine the viewer of the nose gear downlock.

Open the viewer cover.

Put the SWITCH (P5) of the WHEEL WELL LIGHT - ON

Make sure that you can see the indicator of the nose gear downlock when you look through the viewer window.
