Close and lock the window.

 (2)  
Measure the clearance between the outboard forward edge of the window and the outer skin:


 NOTE: The clearance must be 0.06 |0.03 inch.

 (a)  If the clearance is out of the tolerance, adjust the horizontal position of the window.

 (3)  Make sure that the force necessary to close the window is 45 |15 pounds:
 (a)  
Open the window.

 (b)  
Measure the force necessary to close the window.

 (c)  
If the force is out of the limits, adjust the force necessary to close the window.

 (4)  Make sure that the window assembly does not hit the upper or lower window sill when it is opened or closed:
 (a)  If the window hits the window sill, adjust the vertical position of the window.

 (5)  Make sure that the window rollers move freely in the tracks when the window is opened and closed:
 (a)  If the window rollers do not move freely, adjust the position of the roller in the track.
