1. General

A. This procedure contains two tasks. There is one task for the repair of the Window No. 2 Handle Trigger Return Spring. The other task is for the repair of the Window No. 2 Bearing.

2. Repair the Window No. 2 Handle Trigger Return Spring (Fig. 801)

(1) Open the window.
NOTE: This will remove the load from the compressed bulb seal off
____ the spring pin through the handle and the bellcrank shaft.

(2) Repair the spring:
(a)
Remove the spring pin (1) to remove the handle from the bellcrank shaft.
(b)
Remove the lower spring pin (2) to remove the trigger bolt from the handle.
(c)
Remove the middle spring pin (3) to remove the trigger return spring from the handle.
(d)
Put the new trigger return spring in a position opposite the middle spring pin hole.
(e)
Push in the spring pin (3).
(f)
Put the trigger bolt in a position opposite the lower spring pin hole.
(g)
Push in the spring pin (2).
(h)
Make sure that the trigger has full return when released.
(i)
Put the handle on the lower forward bellcrank shaft.
(j)
Push in the spring pin (1) through the handle and the shaft.
