Make sure the middle pane is in contact with the seal around the entire boundary of the pane.
(d)
Pull on the seal if it is necessary to get it in its correct position.
NOTE: There can be a problem if there is not much of the
____ seal to pull. If this occurs, try to put the seal in the correct position from the inside. If there continues to be a problem with the pane contacting the seal, remove the window pane and install it again.
CAUTION:_______DO NOT OVER TORQUE THE WINDOW CLIP SCREWS. IF THE WINDOW CLIP SCREWS ARE OVER TORQUED, DEFORMATION OF THE WINDOW PANE WILL OCCUR.
(e) Tighten the window clip screws in a sequence similar to Fig. 401 from 12 to 15 pound-inches to keep the seal in the correct position.
NOTE: Loosen the screws if the seal gets wrinkles in it.
____ If the clips are loose you can increase the torque to a maximum of 25 pound-inches.
(f) Some windows use spring clips. These are not tightened to a specific torque value. Tighten the screws to a distance of
0.320 +/- 0.050 inch (8.13 +/- 1.27 mm) of the clip detail and the top of the window frame upstanding frame. 1) A gap may exist between the clip and the screw-head or
washer, and either gap is acceptable. Do not exceed 20 pound-inches torque during screw installation.

Clean the inside surface of the windowpane.

Put the antistatic agent on the inside surface of the windowpane (Ref 12-16-03/301).

Install the sidewall lining (Ref 25-21-01/001).

Use warm water and the castile soap to clean the outer windowpane.

NOTE: Use a soft, clean cloth to put the soap solution on the
